While DJ software nowadays is starting to incorporate streaming services, the issue is that the licences under which they are permitted to use music from streaming services forbid the recording of those performances.

It’s something that we can see not being a restriction at some point in the future when streaming services become the mainstream and owning music becomes an oddity, but for now, it’s there in the small print – which is why the buttons aren’t enabled.
