Serato Scratch Live is a digital DJ system that can be used for DJing using conventional DJ equipment such as a turntable or a CDJ unit using special control records and CDs. This system is commonly referred to as a digital vinyl system (DVS). Jun 27, 2012 SOLVED CDJ350 / DJM350 set up with Serato Scratch Live Right, I'm looking to buy the whole 350 set up soon, and I'm looking to use the Serato Scratch Live program with it. What is confusing me is the whole connecting up part. When using CDJ's/Media players connected in HID mode you must use INT (Internal) mode for playback in Serato DJ Pro. INT mode Internal mode is only used for playback from CDJ/media players connected in HID mode, or when playing back files using a controller.
