Serato Scratch Live Hardware Disconnected
I tried the first option and the LED light turned off again and it still said that the 57SL was updated successfully.
Directly following the first step, I tried the 2nd option (I completly forgot about this option) and sure enought there is a yellow tick only on the serato hardware link. When I opened the dialong box it said 'Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39) Click 'Check for solutions' to send data about this device to Microsoft and to see if there is a solution available' So my next move was to check for solutions which it then told me that all drivers were up to date for this. Then I tried to update the drivers and it reported back, '
Windows has determined the driver software for your device is up to date.'
Now......... I unplugged the mixer and plugged it back in to get the blue light active again, and when I go to look in device manager, the 57SL doesnt show up..
Sorry for the long explination, but I am at my wits end.. This is really starting to make me dislike Rane.
