Ive just bought a Serato Rane SL1 and i am having a few problems. I am running a Vestax PDX-d3s turntable, Numark DM950 Mixer And the SL1 with my computer Which is HP and is running Windows 7 and a intel core i5 proccessor with the latest drivers and Serato scratch live software. So my problem is when i connect my system together and my turntable shows up on the serato software i drag a song onto the deck and press play on my turntable. But the problem is here. The music that i have selected and played looks like its stuttering. it just seems stuck. i can see the waves shaking but there not actually playing. if it does get to the point where i can hear the waves all i can hear is like distortion. i can even hear the song.. It looks like its stuck. If i try turning the turntable with my hand or try scratching the song still isnt playing or scratching. its just stuttering. i also noticed the deck on serato isnt going in timing with my real turntable. the onscreen turntable is just stuck. I have tried Calibrating the turntable with serato as it is my first time using this. But when i go into the Setup menu and Try clicking estimate the threshold slider goes all the way to the right. which is -24. I have tried repluging and rewiring all the RCA and Ground cable but it still doesnt seem to calibrate or even play the song properly. I have tried playing numerous songs but it has the same problem with all of them. I would really appreciate it if someone can help me to resolve this problem as i have just spent alot of money on this Serato SL1 and my new turntable and wouldnt want to be left dissapointed.
