| I'm having the same issues. I'm using a MacBook Pro. Studio one and Capture keep freezing and often shuts my Mac down for a restart. I get a message that my interface (studio live 16.4.2 ai) keeps dropping out.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. I've spent all week trying to figure this stuff out, so here I am!

| The OP mentions it shuts down his internet as well. In my case Sonar crashes and freezes if I have the internet enabled. I have to disable the WIFI adapter. Even then the Windows software sometimes tries to stall and search for an internet connection to do one of the following: Try to find a source on the internet to update the clock.. Try to find a source to verify license of certain installed software is valid.. Try to check if anti-virus software is updated.. There are others.
Disabling the WIFI adapter seems to kill most of these system parasites that cause stalls.. | Subject:Re:my studio one keeps freezing | skip jones
