Oct 15, 2019 Desktop is all grey (can't see windows) when connecting to Mac OS X 10.15 from Windows 10 I just installed Teamviewer 14 today on my Windows 10 machine (have had it installed on other machines before, so not my first rodeo), so I'm at latest version of 14.6.4835. TeamViewer grabs the screen as it is currently displayed. In other words, if Windows did not draw anything, TeamViewer cannot grab the screen, so you will only see a black screen. Unfortunately, we cannot do anything against that.
